Keep inside permanent seal which ensures zero leakage within high and low pressure side.even though the wear of metal components or as a function of thermal expansion or contraction can automatically compensate for the high and low side of internal leaks almost to zero.
2.Valve spool is floating empty when valve is reversing,there is 0.6mm gap between spool and body ,thus reducing the friction between the metal components and friction loss and extends the service life.
3.Streamlined flow path makes pressure drop is same as 90° elbow of the same size,reduce 70% about comparable conventional products,keep stable discharge and minimum pressure drop.For example:If the existing pressure drop is 2Psi (13.8kPa), while pressure drop of using corresponding REFWORLD valve can reduce 70% pressure drop to 0.6Psi(4.5kPa).In the refrigeration system,increase the heat output and no need to increase the input power, so you can get higher energy-efficiency ratio.
4. Reversing switch can be reliable and stable when there is 30kg/cm2 or no pressure between high and low pressure side over the 4-way valves.
5.Consumer only when the valve is reversing switch, automatically cut off power supply at the end of the reversing. The time of reversing switch is less than 4 seconds, including 2 seconds about 4 port gas connected with each other.
